Fluo Yellow - COPIE is a fluorescent colour, the kind of high-visibility tone used on rescue vehicles, safety equipment and the bold rally and racing liveries of the 1980s and 90s that needed to stand out in any light. Fluorescent pigments are inherently more transparent than standard pigments, which is why the base coat underneath matters so much to the final result.

Fluo Yellow - COPIE is a lacquer paint that is engineered specifically for airbrush application. Its fine micro-pigmentation is optimised for 1:18, 1:20, 1:24 and 1:43 scales, preventing heavy paint buildup over delicate body lines, engraved panel gaps and carbon-fibre weave detail. 💡 Laboratory Application Tips

• Preparation (Primer): A bright White Primer is required to unlock the pigment's full fluorescence; applied over grey or dark primers, fluorescent pigments lose most of their intensity and read as a dull, washed-out version of the colour.
• Painting Technique: Apply in thin, wet-yet-controlled coats with slightly overlapping passes. Because lacquer levels itself as it flashes off, thin layers build density without hiding fine surface detail or creating an orange-peel texture.
• Finishing: A dedicated Gloss, Satin or Matte Clearcoat, matched to the real vehicle's factory sheen, should be applied afterwards to protect the colour coat and seal any decals before final polishing.
