Noir 200 Sablé reproduces a textured, protective finish of the kind used on real off-road, military and industrial equipment, where a rough, grippy surface resists chipping and improves handling in the field. On a scale model it adds a tactile, non-scale-effect surface that reads convincingly as rugged, functional coating rather than a smooth paint job.
Noir 200 Sablé is a lacquer paint that is engineered specifically for airbrush application. Its fine micro-pigmentation is optimised for 1:18, 1:20, 1:24 and 1:43 scales, preventing heavy paint buildup over delicate body lines, engraved panel gaps and carbon-fibre weave detail. The paint comes pre-thinned and ready to spray, giving smooth atomisation straight out of the bottle. - Preparation (Primer): A neutral Grey Primer is recommended as a safe, all-purpose base that preserves the true tone and opacity of this colour without biasing it warmer or cooler.
