Payment Methods

1. Accepted payment methods
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Klarna (pay later or in instalments, where available)
- MB WAY (Portugal)
- Multibanco / ATM reference (Portugal)
- Bank transfer
The methods available for your country are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe and Jumpseller Payments. Multibanco references are issued by Eupago.
2. When is my order confirmed?
We prepare your order once the payment is confirmed. Orders paid by bank transfer or Multibanco reference that are not paid within 3 days are cancelled automatically. When paying by bank transfer, please use your order number as the reference.
3. Security
Payments are handled by certified payment providers over encrypted connections. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a code (strong customer authentication).
4. Prices and invoices
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. An invoice is issued for every order. Enter your tax number (NIF/VAT) at checkout if you want it on the invoice.
