Secure Payment Policy

4.1 When is the order confirmed?

Your order is officially registered when payment is completed. Until payment is successfully received, the order is not considered final.

4.2 Accepted payment methods

We currently offer several secure payment methods. The available options are shown during checkout and may include:

• Bank Transfer
• MB WAY (national instant mobile payment / Multibanco wallet)
• Multibanco / ATM reference
• Klarna (pay later / split into interest-free instalments where available)
• PayPal
• Stripe (secure card processing)
• Skrill

Fire Scale Modeler may add or remove payment methods at any time. Only the methods displayed at checkout are accepted.

4.3 Bank Transfer / Skrill incentive

For Bank Transfer and Skrill, we offer a 3% discount on this payment option. (You must have a valid bank account / wallet to use these methods.)

4.4 Security

• All listed payment methods are certified and considered safe.
• For your protection and ours, your bank may require strong authentication (for example confirming the payment in your banking app or via code) before accepting the transaction.
• We do not ask you to share full card details directly with us. Card handling is done through approved payment gateways.
