Warranty

1. Legal guarantee: 3 years
All new products have a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, under Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021. If a defect appears in the first 2 years, it is presumed to have existed at delivery.
2. Your rights
If a product is not in conformity, you may choose repair or replacement. If neither is possible or reasonable, you may get a price reduction or cancel the purchase and receive a refund. Repairs and replacements are free of charge, including the shipping costs.
3. What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear of consumable parts (e.g. airbrush needles, nozzles and seals).
- Paints and chemicals that have deteriorated because of storage contrary to the label (e.g. a poorly closed bottle, heat, frost or direct sun) or after the indicated shelf life.
4. How to make a claim
- Email geral@firescalemodeler.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos or a video.
- We reply with the solution. If we need to inspect the product, we tell you how to send it.
- Once the defect is confirmed, we cover the shipping costs and repair, replace or refund it.
Some manufacturers (e.g. airbrush brands) offer an additional commercial warranty. It does not replace the legal guarantee.
