2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to all related policies (Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Warranty Policy, Privacy Policy).

3. Customer account
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any order placed using your account.

4. Orders

  • After checkout you will receive an order confirmation email with the order details and payment instructions.

  • We only start preparing the order after payment is confirmed.

  • If your order includes pre-order items, dispatch will only happen when those items are in stock (see “Pre-orders / Shipping”).

5. Prices, VAT and customs

  • All prices shown include VAT for customers inside the EU.

  • For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes, customs duties and import fees may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

6. Shipping / Delivery

  • Normal processing time is 1 to 4 working days. Many products are prepared, bottled or packed individually to ensure quality and freshness.

  • Shipping time is counted after dispatch, not from the moment you place the order. Typical estimates:

    • Portugal (mainland): ~1–3 working days

    • Spain (mainland): ~2–5 working days

    • Rest of EU / UK: ~5–10 working days

    • Outside Europe: ~10–30 working days (customs can delay)

  • These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the carrier, customs or local authorities are outside our direct control.

  • Free shipping thresholds depend on destination and cart value. If free shipping is available for your address, it will be shown at checkout.

Pre-orders

  • If you order in-stock items together with pre-order items, the full order will normally ship together once all items are available.

  • If you want in-stock items earlier, please place two separate orders.

  • Legal right of withdrawal still applies once you receive the goods, except for customised / made-to-order items.

7. Right of withdrawal / returns

  • As an online buyer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason (“cooling-off period”), except for customised / made-to-order items or special items ordered specifically at your request.

  • Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, complete, in the original packaging and with the invoice.

  • You must contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in case of our error or a confirmed defect.

8. Warranty / conformity
All products are covered by the legal conformity warranty (normally 2 years), which covers manufacturing defects and lack of conformity.
This warranty does not cover:

  • misuse, impact, moisture, modification or unauthorised repair;

  • normal wear of consumable parts (for example airbrush needles/nozzles).

The procedure to request warranty service is described in the Warranty Policy.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this website (brand names, product names, photos, technical descriptions, logo, product images, tutorials, etc.) is owned by Fire Scale Modeler or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute our content without prior written permission.

10. Liability
We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers, customs or local authorities;

  • additional customs/import charges in your country;

  • damage that happens after the package is delivered to the carrier and signed for, unless there is clear proof of carrier fault and the issue is reported immediately.

You must inspect the parcel on delivery and report visible transport damage immediately to the carrier and to us (with photos).

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary (for example technical changes, legal changes, adjustments to shipping rules).
The version published on the website at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

You may also use the official consumer complaint channels and approved alternative dispute resolution bodies in the EU.
