Right of Withdrawal
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date they receive the product, without providing a reason. Exclusions:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products whose seal has been broken and cannot be returned for health or safety reasons.

Warranty
All products sold by Fire Scale Modeler come with a 2-year conformity warranty, in compliance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021. If a defect or non-conformity is identified, customers must contact Fire Scale Modeler, providing evidence of the issue.
The warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear.
