Fire Scale Modeler Points Program

Every order from our atelier brings you closer to your next voucher. No card, no sign-up: your points are linked to the email address you order with.

Orders: 1 point for every 1 € spent on products (amount paid after discounts, shipping not included). Points are credited once your order has been delivered.
Photo of your model: 50 points for every approved photo sent through the "Show your work" form.
Featured photo: if we pick your photo for our social media (always credited with your name), you get another 150 points.
Product review: 10 points for each review of a product you bought. Points are given for any review, positive or negative.

Every 150 points you automatically receive, by email, a 5 € voucher with a personal code.
The voucher is single-use, valid for 90 days, on orders of 20 € or more (or twice the voucher value, if higher).
Only one discount code can be used per order; the voucher cannot be combined with other codes or promotions.
The amount covered by the voucher does not earn points.

Points never expire. Vouchers expire 90 days after they are issued.
If an order is cancelled or returned, the points from that order are removed from your balance.
Points and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

After each delivered order we email you the points earned and your balance. For any question about your balance, write to geral@firescalemodeler.com.

The program is free and applies to orders placed on firescalemodeler.com from 1 January 2026.
At launch (18 October 2026), orders placed since 1 January 2026 earn points but give at most one voucher per customer; the rest of that balance is kept and counts again from your next order.
Reviews and photos must be genuine and come from the person who bought the product. We may refuse content that is false, offensive or breaks these rules, and cancel points obtained through abuse.
To run the program we process your email address, your orders and your points balance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fire Scale Modeler may change or end the program with at least 30 days' notice. Points already earned and vouchers already issued remain valid during that period.
