The 30ml pack (30ml Clearcoat, 30ml Activator, 30ml Thinner) or the 60ml pack (60ml Clearcoat, 30ml Activator, 30ml Thinner)

Mixing & Preparation:

• Ratio: Strictly mix 2 parts Varnish to 1 part Activator and add 1 part Thinner to achieve the ideal viscosity for your airbrush.
• Pot Life: Once mixed, the product must be used within 30 to 45 minutes. After this period, the varnish begins its curing process and should no longer be applied.
• Airbrush Pressure: We recommend a pressure between 1.5 to 2.0 bar (22-29 PSI) using 0.3mm nozzles or larger.

Application:

• Apply a first "mist coat" and wait 5 to 10 minutes.
• Apply a second "wet coat" to level the gloss or matte finish.
• Curing: Touch dry in 4 hours; full cure in 24 to 48 hours for polishing or intensive handling.
