Description

Fire Scale Modeler Matt Varnish 1K is a high-performance topcoat designed specifically for airbrush use. This ready-to-use formula requires no dilution and provides an exceptional matte finish with just two thin layers. Due to its specialized composition, this 1K varnish is best suited for interiors, engine bays, and small detail parts that will not be frequently handled. Please note that this finish can be sensitive to body temperature and natural skin oils; for exterior bodywork or parts requiring high durability and chemical resistance, we strictly recommend our 2K Varnish series. Layers: Apply two thin layers. Do not attempt to polish.

  • LACQUER SERIES (Solvent-Based): The professional choice. Features ultra-fast drying, a high-gloss finish, and maximum durability. Requires specific lacquer thinner for cleaning or extra dilution.
  • ACRYLIC SERIES (Water-Based): Hobby-friendly and non-toxic. Paint comfortably in enclosed spaces with no strong odors. Easy cleanup with water or acrylic cleaner.

Specifications:
- Ready to Use: No dilution or activator required. Shake well before use. - Handling Note: Best for static parts. Avoid direct finger contact after curing as the finish may react to skin temperature/oils. - Layers: Apply two thin layers. Do not attempt to polish.
Instructions:
- Recommended for 0.2mm to 0.4mm needles. Apply in thin, cross-coats. - Pressure | Pressão: 15-25 PSI. - Drying | Secagem: Touch dry in 10 minutes. - Full cure in 24 hours. - Note: Do not attempt to polish.
Safety:
- LACQUER SERIES: Flammable product. Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear a protective mask (organic vapors) and gloves. Keep away from heat sources and children. - ACRYLIC SERIES: Non-toxic and water-based. No strong odors, making it safe for indoor use. Although safer, we recommend basic ventilation and keeping it out of reach of children.
