Pre-Order Policy

1. What is a Pre-Order? A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is not yet in stock or has not yet been released by the manufacturer. By paying in advance, you secure your unit from the first incoming batch.

2. Payment

  • Pre-orders require 100% payment at checkout.
  • Your order is confirmed only after payment is received.

3. Estimated Arrival Dates The "Release Date" or "Arrival Date" shown on the product page is an estimate provided by the manufacturer.

  • Delays: Please be aware that production delays, customs inspections, or transport issues can occur. These are outside Fire Scale Modeler's control.
  • Notification: If a significant delay occurs, we will update the product page or notify you via email.

4. Combined Shipping (Important) If your order contains both In-Stock items and Pre-Order items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives.

  • Recommendation: If you need the in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders: one for the stock items and another for the pre-order.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Pre-Orders: You may cancel a standard pre-order (e.g., model kits, standard paints) at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Simply email us at geral@firescalemodeler.com.
  • Custom/Special Orders: If you requested a specific product that we do not usually carry ("Special Order") or a personalized item (e.g., "Custom Color Matched Paint"), cancellations are not accepted once production has started or the supplier order has been placed.

6. Price Changes In rare cases, the manufacturer may increase the price of a product between the announcement and the release.

  • If the price increases, we will honor the original price you paid. You will not pay more.
  • If the price decreases, we will refund the difference to you.

7. Refunds on Non-Delivery If the manufacturer cancels the production or fails to deliver the stock to us, we will immediately process a full refund of your order.
