Shipping Conditions

Fire Scale Modeler ships to Europe and the rest of the world via various express and economy services.

All orders can be processed within 24 to 72 hours* after receipt of the order and the corresponding payment validated, all our colors are packed upon your request, this method we can guarantee the quality of our pigments for a long time.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our checkout process, based on the weight, volume and country and region of destination of the items in your shopping cart.

- CTT Expresso Nacional 19 Portugal

All shipments are registered and delivery is made personally with prior contact via SMS and call and must be authenticated with your signature, we assume full responsibility for your shipment as well as for any damage or loss of your order.

The next day delivery service after collection at our warehouse until 10:00 am, after that time the collection is carried out the next day.

All shipments are registered and delivery is made personally with prior contact via SMS and call and must be authenticated with your signature, we assume full responsibility for your shipment as well as for any damage or loss of your order.

Delivery service within the next 3 hours after collection at our warehouse until 10:00 am, after that time the collection takes place the following day.

Portugal / Europe

All shipments are registered and delivery is made in person and at your home, authenticated with your signature, we assume full responsibility for your shipment as well as for any damage or loss of your order.

Portugal - Shipping time approx. 1 working day*

Europe - Shipping time approximately 3-5 business days*

Rest of the world - Shipping time 3 to 7 days, consult us for the shipping cost by email.

All shipments are registered and delivery is made personally and delivered to your home authenticated with your signature, we assume full responsibility for your shipment as well as for any damage or loss of your order.

Note: NOT AVAILABLE for "cash refund" orders for Europe and the rest of the world.

Order Consolidation: If you have an order in progress (not yet shipped) and you are placing a new order, you also have the option to consolidate this new order with the previous one and save duplicate shipping costs. Please note that if your new order includes products that are not currently available, your combined package must be held until all items from both orders arrive.

Prohibited goods

Products qualified as hazardous and/or flammable (some paints, primers, putties and sprays) may have shipping restrictions.
Spray paints can only be shipped to Europe via land DHL service (except Greece) via courier service. They CANNOT be shipped to Greece or any other country outside of Europe.

- CTT Expresso 19 - Deliveries the next day until 7pm (Max. 30kg)
- CTT Expresso 48 - Deliveries between 2 to 3 days max. 30kg
- DHL Parcel - Next day delivery by 7pm at home.

Europe
CTT Expresso - Delivery between 3 to 15 days (may take more than 30 to 60 days in some European countries)
DHL - Delivery between 5-7 days at home.
Rest of the world

CTT Expresso - Delivery between 7 to 30 days (It may take about 3 months in some countries, due to quarantine time and customs clearance)
