For items in stock - Reservations for items in stock are only guaranteed for a maximum period of 5 working days. After this period, the articles will be released without guaranteeing their availability. If you are unable to collect the items within this period, we suggest that you pay for them. For this you can request an ATM reference.
For items out of stock received in the meantime - Availability will only be guaranteed for a maximum period of 5 working days after notification of your arrival. Shipping costs:
Orders placed online or otherwise requested for shipping will incur an additional shipping cost. These sizes can be consulted here.

Warranties:
For new items - We are authorized agents for the brands we sell. Only in this way can we offer the official guarantee and support of the brand, without intermediaries. Warranty conditions vary by manufacturers.
For Used Items - All 2nd hand items for sale at Fire Scale Modeler have undergone a thorough inspection and review before being offered for sale. Fire Scale Modeler guarantees these items for a period of 1 year from the date of sale for malfunctions not detected at the time of purchase. Problems inherent to their normal wear and tear or misuse are excluded.
In case of failure within this period, the part or parts will be returned to the manufacturer (in new items) and will be replaced with identical or repaired ones, as the case may be. They will be repaired by Fire Scale Modeler in the case of 2nd hand items.
The costs of return to the manufacturer, as well as return to the owner, will be borne by us.
GENERAL APPLICATION:
• You can only make purchases on our website if you are over 18 years of age.
• In an order, the Customer makes a binding statement that he intends to buy the products sold by Fire Scale Modeler.
